Join us and become Student Assistant in People Analytics where you’ll support our various projects which aim to improve the data foundation for the Group’s HR organisation. People Analytics is part of Organisation Development in People & Development.
We offer a position in an ambitious team of colleagues who work closely together on projects and who value good energy and an informal work culture.
Your key tasks will be to
support cross-business projects in ensuring the people data foundation of the Group’s new operating model
support the business with interim manual detailed reporting
support the development of automated reporting solutions covering business needs
handle ad hoc tasks.
Your competences include that you
are currently studying a master’s or bachelor’s degree in, e.g., business administration, strategy or HR and have at least one year left before graduating
have experience with working on business or HR projects during your studies
have a proactive approach to your work tasks and can work independently with support from your colleagues
are curious and want to understand business agendas and are creative in figuring out how to best provide the business with the needed insights for decision-making
pay attention to detail, set high standards for your work
speak and write English fluently.

As Student Assistant in People Analytics, you’ll work approximately 15 hours a week. Proficiency in Danish is not required.
