2020 Customer Response Unit Intern – (19002007)
Our Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving Fortune 250 global financial services company.
You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our regional offices.
Customer Response Unit Intern
As part of the Customer Response Unit team, you will be part of a team that services our Brokers, Planholders, and Sales Team Members. Our CRU Team responds to calls, emails, and chat inquiries about billing, benefits, eligibility, claim status, and all other miscellaneous Group benefit inquiries related to the different products/coverages we provide employers and their employees – Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, and Supplemental Health Products. You will;
- Lead an internal process improvement project with the goal of reducing customer contact volume, reducing turnaround time for our customers, or increasing employee engagement.
- Develop as a professional.
- Build a business network and collaborate.
- Learn about the group benefits industry.
- Present your project to leadership.
- Enrolled in Undergraduate Degree Program
- Strong analytical skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
