Primary objective of the Graduate Clinical Support Specialist

As a Graduate Clinical Support Specialist, we will provide you with intensive training in cardiac electrophysiology and coach you to become an expert in providing world-class clinical support and education to Biosense Webster’s clients.
Our vision and mission are clear – to be the #1 in rhythm solutions globally and cure AF (Atrial Fibrillation), the most common heart arrhythmia. To help us achieve this you will become a true subject-matter expert, building close partnerships with cardiologists, nurses and other medical professionals to help guide and support them as they utilize our market-leading products and technologies.

What you will do:
  • Become an expert in providing clinical support to customers to ensure good technology adoption during procedures performed with Biosense Webster products
  • Once fully trained you will partner exclusively with customers to increase Biosense Webster product penetration
  • Give clinical presentations of our technology
  • Focus on customer training to achieve account (technology) independence on Biosense Webster products within agreed time frames
  • Identify customer needs and, together with peers/colleagues, position Biosense Webster’s products to match them
  • Keep the Account Manager informed on account-specific strategies by our competitors

Qualifications

What we look for in applicants:
  • Educated to degree level, preferably biotechnical/biomedical engineers, or a related discipline
  • Dedication, perseverance and ability to successfully complete internal training
  • Good presentation skills
  • Proactive approach
  • Project management
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Computer software package skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A strong technical understanding and interest
  • Fluent in Swedish/Danish/Finnish as well as business level in English
  • Ability to spend up to 2-3 nights per week away from home
  • Driving license

You will have great education and presentation skills and feel capable using your impactful communication abilities to work well as part of a high-performing team.
